The second method is to use Shift+Command+4 

For this method go to Mac applications and select the Grab application and capture the shot 

PDF1                             For this PDF you use a PDF converter applications to convert your file. Then highlight the text and click on link and upload file


PDF2                             For this method i chose a file and go to File, Print and select it to save as PDF
